LISS has
joined the
NY/NJ Harbor Estuary Program
(HEP) to publish regional
estuary-related data and metadata and is a co-sponsor of
the HEP/LISS Data Center. Here, you can search for
estuary-related research data and metada for either
estuary or both. The center is organized in two
sections:
The Regional Data Index
is a database of metadata which describes the content
and location of many Estuary-related datasets in detail.
The Index is searchable via select characteristics.
Some of the datasets are available online in the Data
Depot and others are not.
The Data Depot
is a download center containing those Estuary-related
datasets available online either from this site or via
hyperlinks to other servers.
